Just a little update..

I've been somewhat busy this year so far, spending less time on the computer, and consequently, not as much art has been produced and posted here.

There have been a few in the works, many is on hold due to procrastination, work related issues and other distractions. Juniors game has been put on hold unfortunately.

However, due to this time away.. its given me time to think about some new ideas for some work and I will get back into it hopefully.

First on my list is to create a personal website, and about time too ide say!
Digital Blue Design is the name of the business I have, and I've received a lot of internet recognition with a lot of my work 'stolen' and placed on other websites. Sure its bad, but its also got its positive advantages displaying work around the world, which is also reflected in those pageviews. So hopefully, i can create a website that will also gain some recognition.

Second on the list, I plan to team up with an ol programmer and designer to create some featured games that i'm just incapable of doing by myself hehe

Till then, keep an eye out, I'll update as things go by... so stay tuned!

Holy Bananas!

That's a big number... time for some shameless self promotion! mehh... you guys couldn't care less hehe So how bout I start to display other peoples work in my journal? You know, those pageviews of yours will increase a fair bit,... ohhh, what was that? did i see some sign of interest there?...

Thats right, i think its time for me to do some journal features. and why not, I like other people to check out your great art too! I will shortly have a forum thread where u guys can post thumbnails and i'll check them out and place them up here where hundreds of people will visit!

I too have this urge to create many pieces of artwork at this point, unfortunately, I've been so busy lately with work... yeah i know, excuses, excuses. shame on me. i should just ditch my job and stick with the artwork ey? yeah, coz that will pay the bills

Woot!

So for those who hadn't noticed, i had a few page views in the last month... only about... 60,000 or so. People, thats not normal! stop visiting me, go away.... shoo
How does one get that many in one month u may ask? Thieves!! thats what...
For those who dont know, both juniors games were stolen and placed on various flash websites such as milkandcookies.com, inflash.com, gamershood.com, and even some sites in other languages with walkthroughs and codes for myspace! Now who ever playes this game would undoubtedly click on the links inside which directs them back here, thus increasing the pageviews. Im not to fussed about the peoples taking the game, as my aim is to get my artwork out there... but they could of told me!
luckily its copyrighted... phew!
So will there be anymore juniors games? We'll see

Its just another day, and another figure added to me, nudging its way, telling me to act my age. I figure, in work and business im a mature minded 35yr old individual, in life, the maturity drops at rates which cant be explained.. perhaps around 18 at times.
yes, i still play yoshis island and chase the ice cream truck. what?
ok, nuff bout dat... what else hmm

Artwork wise, yes as always, my portfolio always needs feeding, so the art will suffice and new projects and pieces shall make its way on to devart
